But first, let me say a special THANK YOU to everyone brave enough to come to our first lesson in Thornlie on Monday night. It was mostly people we didn’t know which is great because we love making new friends.
Actually it was a little nerve wracking at the start.
Julie’s car had radiator trouble which meant I rushed out the door early to pick her up from work – forgetting to pack the amplifier in my haste. Not a good look for the first night 
On the bright side it was a good opportunity to put the backup system to the test. With over a dozen people present the sound was barely audible once everybody got to chatting. So I guess it’s off to Harvey Norman sometime soon to pick up a boom box with more grunt.
Yeah, yeah, I know, you’d rather hear about the free lessons.
It’s like this. We haven’t promoted the classes in the media yet. We’d prefer that you tell people about it by word of mouth. “FREE RocknRoll lessons in Thornlie for the next 4 weeks“. We decided to extend our opening special a while longer so that more people could find out about it.
It’s a no-brainer really.
Thornlie Bowling Club – Monday nights – 7pm to 9pm. And yes, it really is a 2 hour lesson.
